Waterline Square Park’s Completion Revealed In New Photographs, on Manhattan’s Upper West Side

Today, YIMBY has a new set of architectural photographs of the recently completed Waterline Square Park, photographed by Elizabeth Felicella. The 2.6-acre green space surrounds the towers of Waterline Square, a three-tower residential complex from GID Development Group on the waterfront of Manhattan’s Upper West Side. Ten Questions With GID Development’s James Linsley on The Completion of Waterline Square

Construction on Waterline Square, a three-tower residential complex from GID Development Group on the waterfront of Manhattan’s Upper West Side, is finally finished. The site is situated across from the Hudson River and Riverside Park South between West 59th Street, West 61st Street, and Freedom Place South. Each of the site’s towers comes from three separate architectural firms: One Waterline Square by Richard Meier & Partners with interiors by Champalimaud;  Two Waterline Square by Kohn Pedersen Fox with interiors by Yabu Pushelberg; and Three Waterline Square by Rafael Viñoly with interiors by Groves & Co. Hill West Architects served as the executive architect for the entire master plan.

GID Development Group Launches Leasing For Waterline Square on the Upper West Side

GID Development Group has officially launched apartment leasing within Waterline Square, a five-acre development that includes a trio of distinct high-rise buildings and lush landscaping throughout. The $2.3 billion development is perched along the Hudson River on the Upper West Side of Manhattan and was designed by a world class team of architects including Rafael Viñoly, Kohn Pedersen Fox, and Richard Meier.
