Rendering Revealed for 272 Jefferson Street, Bushwick, Brooklyn

Permits for 272 Jefferson Street were first covered in November of 2015, and approved in May of 2016. Now, the architects have released a rendering for what’s to come for the four-story Bushwick condominium building. Stat Architecture is responsible for the design. The site is two blocks away from the Maria Hernandez Park, and three blocks is the Jefferson Street subway station, serviced by the L trains.

Seven-Story, 20-Unit Mixed-Use Building Filed At 225 West 140th Street, Harlem

Maxwell Development has filed applications for a seven-story, 20-unit mixed-use building at 225 West 140th Street, in northern Harlem, just north of Strivers’ Row. The project will measure 21,515 square feet in total and includes 2,561 square feet of medical facilities on the ground and basement levels. The residential units will average 948 square feet apiece and could either be rentals or condos. Suzanna Tharian’s NoHo-based STAT Architecture is the architect of record. The site’s five-story predecessor was demolished back in 1997.

Four-Story, Three-Unit Residential Project Filed At 1143 Hancock Street, Bushwick

Neighborhood Restore HDFC has filed applications for a four-story, three-unit residential building at 1143 Hancock Street, in southern Bushwick, located three blocks north from the Halsey Street stop on the J train. There will be 4,376 square feet, and one of the three units will be a duplex. Suzanna Tharian’s Greenwich Village-based Stat Architecture is the applicant of record, and the site’s three-story predecessor was demolished back in 2007.

Four-Story, Two-Unit Residential Project Coming To 1262 Bushwick Avenue, Bushwick

Salvatore D’Avola, director of Neighborhood Restore HDFC, has filed applications for a four-story, two-unit residential building at 1262 Bushwick Avenue, in southern Bushwick, located a block from the Halsey Street stop on the J train. The structure will measure 3,432 square feet, and the residential units will be duplexes, with one spanning the ground and second floors and the other taking floors three and four. Suzanna Tharian’s Greenwich Village-based Stat Architecture is the applicant of record, and the site’s old three-story townhouse was demolished in the 2000s.

Four-Story, Four-Unit Residential Building Planned At 272 Jefferson Street, Bushwick

Neighborhood Restore HDFC has filed applications for a four-story, four-unit residential building at 272 Jefferson Street, in northern Bushwick, located two blocks from the L train’s stop at Jefferson Street. It will measure 5,496 square feet, which means full-floor units will average a spacious 1,374 square feet apiece. Suzanna Tharian’s Greenwich Village-based Stat Architecture is the applicant of record, and an existing single-story garage must first be demolished.
