Spotted on architect Thomas Juul-Hansen‘s Instagram page, the rendering shows the 62-story tower illuminated at night from the East River. The project is being developed by Gamma Real Estate with Stephen B. Jacobs Group as the executive architect and will yield 121 units. The property is located between Sutton Place and First Avenue, a short walk from the Sutton Place Park North esplanade that overlooks the East River, Roosevelt Island, Long Island City, and the Queensboro Bridge.
