Designed by Peter Pizzimenti and developed by Joel Schwartz, the structure yields 12 residences. Available on NYC Housing Connect are four units for residents at 130 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $104,880 to $156,130.

The Dime Building at 275 South Fifth Street in Williamsburg, Brooklyn is now home to the largest ultra-fast electric vehicle (EV) charging hub in New York State. Building owners Charney Companies and Tavros Capital recently announced the deal with electric vehicle company Revel, which will also relocate its corporate headquarters to the development.
