Back in 2018, developers revealed a sleek seven-story building to replace a private two-story home at 1010 Bushwick Avenue in Bushwick, Brooklyn. However following demolition of that property, the original plans were scrapped for a more conventional design from Z Architecture.
Z Architecture has published the first renderings of a new residential building at 406 Lefferts Avenue in Brooklyn. The structure will top off at six stories and include unspecified community facility space at the ground level.
Construction is well underway on Z Architecture‘s most recent development at 21-59 44th Drive in Long Island City, one of a number of multi-unit residential developments the firm is architecting in the outer boroughs this year.
Design firm Z Architecture has revealed new renderings of its six-story mixed-use building currently under construction at 1259 Bedford Avenue in Bedford-Stuyvesant, Brooklyn. Tower Real Estate Investments with developer Michael Reihanian filed permits earlier this month for the corner property that will eventually comprise 47,445 square feet.
As construction continues to proceed at 2155 Caton Avenue in Flatbush, Brooklyn, Z Architecture has released new renderings of the rising residential building. Located on a through lot between Caton Avenue and Lenox Road, the five-story structure will eventually comprise 32,118 square feet of residential area. The property is expected to yield 27 condominiums including a collection of two and three-bedroom homes. The most premium residences will offer outdoor balconies and large terraces along Caton Avenue.
