The affordable housing lottery has launched for 2976 Third Avenue, a 15-story residential building in Melrose, The Bronx. Designed by SRA Architecture & Engineering and developed by ACHS Management Corporation, the structure yields 69 residences. Available on NYC Housing Connect are 21 units for residents at 130 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $61,715 to $198,250.

Reveal For Two-Story, 19,800 Square-Foot Retail Project At 205 Smith Street, Boerum Hill

Late in 2014, filings were submitted to expand the single-story, 9,916 square-foot commercial building at 205 Smith Street, in Boerum Hill, to 19,832 square feet, thanks to the addition of a second floor. Brownstoner now has a rendering the project, which will be entirely retail and reportedly the new home of a supermarket. Jackson Group, Aurora Capital Associates, and ACHS Management are developing, while Think Architecture & Design is the architect of record. A completion date has not yet been disclosed.
