Designed by Hill West Architects and developed by Shorewood Real Estate Group, the structure yields 315 residences and 131,282 square feet of ground-floor retail. Available on NYC Housing Connect are 95 units for residents at 130 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $53,143 to $167,570.

Designed by Stavros Malliaros, the structure yields 93 residences, ground-floor commercial space, and 42 parking spaces. Mayor Adams Shutters Illegal Hotel at 258 West 97th Street, Announces New Affordable Housing Building on Upper West Side

New York City Mayor Eric Adams announced plans to construct a new 82-unit affordable housing property at 258 West 97th Street on Manhattan’s Upper West Side. The project is the direct result of a $1.1 million settlement with illegal hotelier Hank Freid who owned and operated the property for more than a decade.

Westchester County’s Industrial Development Agency has approved two substantial multifamily rental properties in downtown White Plains. Referred to simply as the IDA, the agency works to facilitate diversification and urbanization of the county through the construction of vibrant mixed-use developments. Together these new properties will create 346 new apartments and represent $131 million in private investment.
