The filing includes a mix of 63,093 square feet of residential space, 52,949 square feet of community space, and 7,538 square feet of commercial space, with a total scope of 139,271 square feet. The development lists Kyle Ervin of Services for the Underserved, a social services organization, as the owner behind the applications.
