Designed by Pelli Clarke Pelli Architects with SLCE as the architect of record, and developed by Rockrose, the structure yields 598 residences. Available on NYC Housing Connect are 177 units for residents at 70 to 130 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $47,966 to $187,330.

The affordable housing lottery has launched for Williamsbridge Gardens, a pair of eight-story residential buildings at 713 East 211th Street and 718 East 212th Street in Williamsbridge, The Bronx. Designed by MHG Architects and developed by L+M Development Partners, the structures yield 170 residences. Designed by Zproekt Architecture and developed by Broadway Stockton LLC, the structure yields 81 residences and 13,089 square feet of commercial space. Available on NYC Housing Connect are 25 units for residents at 130 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $85,680 to $187,330.

Landy Court Affordable Housing Project Debuts at 10 School Street in Yonkers

Developers and state officials recently joined to celebrate the grand opening of Landy Court, an 80-unit residential property with a mix of affordable and supportive housing units in Yonkers. Exact Capital Reveals Two Affordable Cooperative Buildings in West Harlem, Manhattan

Developers and city officials recently celebrated the completion of 50 Penn, a 218-unit affordable housing property at 50 Pennsylvania Avenue in East New York, Brooklyn. Developed by Pennrose with design by Dattner Architects, the building’s residential collection includes include 56 studios, 96 one-bedroom, 48 two-bedroom, and 18 three-bedroom apartments.
