Designed by Afshari PC and developed by 532 Clinton LLC, the 80-foot-tall reinforced concrete superstructure will yield 30,000 square feet and 12 units, for an average of 1,695 square feet apiece. The residential program includes ten three-bedroom, two-bathroom units and two two-bedroom, two-bathroom units. The developer purchased the 6,6780-square-foot plot for $6.5 million in 2019 and excavation and construction gradually progressed on the building starting last summer.
Permits have been filed for a four-story residential building at 175 East 55th Street in East Flatbush, Brooklyn. The site comes fifteen blocks away from the Saratoga Avenue subway station, serviced by the 2, 3, 4, and 5 trains. Alfred Basal of Plaza Homes is listed as responsible for the development.
