NYC-based real estate development firm Anbau, together with Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group, today announced the launch of sales at Flatiron House, a new luxury condominium located at 39 West 23rd Street. With architecture and interiors by COOKFOX Architects, a leader in biophilic design, the development comprises two distinct buildings connected by a shared interior garden with a total of 44 residences. The Tower features 37 one-to four-bedroom residences with a separate entrance on 23rd Street, while the Loft offers a collection of seven one- to five-bedroom residences and an entrance on 24th Street, many of which are full-floors with direct elevator entry.

Curtain wall work is continuing to shape up at 39 West 23rd Street, a 24-story residential development in the Flatiron District. Designed by COOKFOX Architects and developed by Anbau Enterprises, the project consists of two structures spanning between West 23rd and West 24th Streets, separated by a private interior courtyard. The site sits almost directly in the center of a rectangular parcel bound by Fifth Avenue to the east and Sixth Avenue to the west.

COOKFOX’s 39 West 23rd Street Tops Out at 24 Floors in the Flatiron District

COOKFOX Architect’s 24-story Flatiron District project at 39 West 23rd Street is now topped out. Wedged in the middle of one of Manhattan’s busiest thoroughfares between Fifth Avenue and Sixth Avenue, the reinforced concrete structure features a cantilever on the eastern elevation above its adjacent low-rise neighbor. Anbau Enterprises is the developer of the residential building, which actually consists of two superstructures separated by an internal courtyard.
