Façade Wraps Up At Seven-Story, 11-Unit Condo Building At 10 Bond Street, NoHo

Nearly a year ago, YIMBY brought you a construction update on 10 Bond Street, in NoHo, where a seven-story, 11-unit condominium building is being constructed. At that point, the concrete shell had been completed and the façade’s terra cotta was beginning to be installed. Today, we know the exterior of the structure is completely installed, courtesy of photography by Tectonic. SK Development, Ironstate Development and the Chetrit Group are the developers, and Annabelle Selldorf is the designer. Occupancy is expected later this year.
