Mortar Arch + Dev Reveals New Residential Development at 206 Powers Street in Williamsburg, Brooklyn

Following approvals from the New York City Department of Buildings, Mortar Arch + Dev will soon begin construction on a new residential property at 206 Powers Street in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. In lieu of demolishing the location’s existing three-story building, Mortar will instead renovate and expand the property by one story to capitalize on the site’s allowable building area.

Four-Story, Four-Unit Residential Building Coming To 356 Baltic Street, Cobble Hill

Midtown-based PS-5 Development has filed applications for a four-story, four-unit residential building at 356 Baltic Street, in Cobble Hill, four blocks south of the Bergen Street stop on the F and G trains. The project will measure 4,897 square feet in total, which means full-floor units will average 1,224 square feet apiece, indicative of condos. The unit on the fourth floor will also include a fifth-floor penthouse. Anthony Morena’s Midtown-based Arch + Dev Mortar is the architect of record. A single-story garage structure must first be demolished.
