Exterior work is nearing completion on Waterview, a two-tower residential development at 77-87 Commercial Street in Greenpoint, Brooklyn. Designed by CetraRuddy and developed by Clipper Equity, the 30- and 40-story towers will yield 811,000 square feet and 520 units, with 200 designated for affordable housing. The 331- and 429-foot tall reinforced concrete superstructures both rise from a seven-story podium that will contain 25,000 square feet of retail space and a 300-vehicle below-grade parking garage. Ray Builders is the general contractor and Hatfield Group is the façade consultant for the property, which is located next to the Greenpoint Landing master plan near the intersection of Commercial and Box Streets.

Construction is ramping up on 262 Fifth Avenue, a 1,000-foot residential supertall in NoMad, where the tower crane has just completed assembly. Designed by Meganom with SLCE Architects as the executive architect and developed by Boris Kuzinez of Five Points Development under the Five Points 262 Project LLC, the 54-story skyscraper will yield 41 condominium units. WSP is the structural and M.E.P. engineer and CM & Associates Construction Management is the general contractor for the property, which is located at the southwest corner of Fifth Avenue and West 29th Street.

A new rendering has been released for 350 Park Avenue, a proposed 1,350-foot commercial supertall in Midtown East, Manhattan. Designed by Norman Foster of Foster + Partners and developed by Vornado Realty Trust and Rudin Management, the 51-story structure is planned to yield 1.7 million square feet of office space, of which the hedge fund Citadel LLC is slated to occupy roughly 54 percent. The project site is bound by East 52nd Street to the north, East 51st Street to the south, and Park Avenue to the east.

Designed by Jeffrey Kamen Architect and developed by a non-profit organization formerly known as the North Brooklyn Boat Club, the 60-foot-tall, 18,106-square-foot structure will feature a 9,856-square-foot hotel component with 11 rooms and an 8,250-square-foot community facility. Brooklyn Construction Group is the general contractor for the project, which is located along Ash Street between Newtown Creek and the Pulaski Bridge.

Foundations are approaching street level at 30 India Street, the site of a six-story residential building in Greenpoint, Brooklyn. Designed by JWC Architect Engineer and developed by Miriam and Ken Chan of 32 Tower LLC, which purchased the property for $7.15 million in 2006, the 67-foot-tall structure will yield 52 rental apartments spread across 42,500 square feet, as well as 3,500 square feet of commercial space and 850 square feet of community facility space. Titan Realty & Construction is the general contractor for the project, which is located at the corner of India and West Streets.
