Construction is rising on Jasper, a 13-story residential building at 2-33 50th Avenue in Long Island City, Queens. Designed by S9 Architecture and developed by The Domain Companies, LMXD, and The Vorea Group, the 125-foot-tall structure will span 550,000 square feet and yield 499 units in studio to three-bedroom layouts with 150 reserved for affordable housing, as well as 40,000 square feet of retail space, 503 square feet for a community facility that will be built as part of the Brownfield Award, 111 enclosed parking spaces, and a 30-foot-long rear yard. Congress Builders is the general contractor for the $370 million project, which is alternately addressed as 49-20 5th Street and bound by 49th Avenue to the north, 50th Avenue to the south, and 5th Street to the east.

Designed by SLCE Architects and developed by American Lions, a joint venture between Fetner Properties and NY Lions Group, the 50-story structure will span 384,043 square feet and yield 363 rental units in studio to three-bedroom layouts, with 109 reserved for affordable housing, as well as 19,923 square feet of commercial space. Hunter Roberts Construction Group is the general contractor for the property, which is bound by Dutch Kills Street and an elevated roadway of the Queensboro Bridge to the northeast and Purves Street to the southwest.

Construction wraps up on 606 West 30th Street, a 42-story residential skyscraper along the border of Hudson Yards and West Chelsea, Manhattan. Designed by Ismael Leyva Architects and developed by Lalezarian Properties, the 545-foot-tall structure spans 312,350 square feet with 192,780 square feet of residential space and 14,240 square feet of commercial space on the lower levels. The tower is also known as Tower B in a two-skyscraper development along with the taller 3ELEVEN from FXCollaborative and Douglaston Development at 601 West 29th Street, which is already complete. Hudson 37 LLC is the general contractor for the property, which is located on an interior lot between Eleventh Avenue and West Street, directly across from the third phase of the High Line.

Designed by Handel Architects and developed by Gotham Organization and Goldman Sachs Asset Management JV, the 47-story structure will span 430,000 square feet and yield 453 rental units, with 137 reserved for affordable housing, as well as 9,000 square feet of lower-level retail space, over 20,000 square feet of amenities, and 26,764 square feet of administrative office space for Covenant House. GO Covenant LLC is the owner and Monadnock Construction is the general contractor for the property, which is located along Tenth Avenue between West 40th and 41st Streets.

Construction has topped out on 39-26 30th Street, an 11-story residential building in Dutch Kills, Queens. The ground-up structure will yield and undisclosed number of affordable housing units and a new religious facility for the Brazilian Missionary Church, which already occupied the site between 39th and 40th Avenues. 39-26 Property LLC is listed as the owner and JLS Group Construction LLC is listed as the general contractor. An architect for the project was not publicly disclosed.
