New Rendering for 19 Dutch as Completion Nears, Financial District

Progress on the 64-story 19 Dutch is moving quickly toward completion, with the development gearing up for the start of leasing in the next few months. The residential project has already seen the completion of the majority of its façade, with only the area under the exterior hoist remaining to be filled-in. Our last coverage of the skyscraper included birds-eye images from 3WTC’s rooftop. Today, we have a sneak peek look at the building’s newest rendering.

Permits Filed, Rendering Revealed for 1417 Webster Avenue, Claremont, the Bronx

Permits have been filed for a two-story commercial building at 1417 Webster Avenue, in the Claremont neighborhood of the Bronx. The site is seven blocks away from the 170^th street subway station, serviced by the B and D trains. Five blocks further is the identically named train station, serviced by 4 trains. RJ Capital Holdings will be responsible for the development.

Permits Filed for 832 Monroe Street, Bedford-Stuyvesant, Brooklyn

Permits have been filed for a six-story residential building at 832 Monroe Street, in Bedford-Stuyvesant, Brooklyn, one block away from the neighborhood’s border with Bushwick. The site is two blocks away from the Gates Avenue subway station, serviced by the J, M, and Z trains. Great Neck-based property owner Rafael Reihanian will be responsible for the development.

Permits Filed for 365 Graham Avenue, Williamsburg, Brooklyn

Permits have been filed for a six-story mixed-use building at 365 Graham Avenue in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. The site comes two blocks away from the Graham Avenue subway station, serviced by the L trains. Artem Grushetskiy is listed as responsible for the development.

Permits Filed for Three-Building Development at 1663-1669 42nd Street, Borough Park, Brooklyn

Recent permits filed detail a new three-building development on the eastern edge of Borough Park, Brooklyn. The site is comprised of both new and renovated multi-family homes, with house numbers 1663, 1667, and 1669 42nd Street. All three properties will stand 35 feet tall, and are divided into three stories with two residences.

Bjarke Ingels-Designed “29th & 5th” Revealed, HFZ Capital’s New NoMad Office Tower at 3 West 29th Street

When the old Bancroft Bank Building met the wrecking ball a few years ago, the site, at 3 West 29th Street, was tentatively planned to give rise to a residential tower designed by Moshe Safdie. In September of 2017, that changed, when HFZ Capital filed plans for a Bjarke Ingels-designed office skyscraper, as reported by YIMBY. Now, we have the exclusive reveal for the first renderings of the new building, which will apparently be even more prominent on the skyline than originally planned.

Construction is currently underway for the four-story residential building coming to 157 Beach 96^th Street, in the Seaside neighborhood of Rockaway Beach, Queens. High-density middle-income buildings dominate the area. The site is six blocks away from the Beach 98^th Street subway station, serviced by the A and S trains. An anonymous LLC is listed as responsible for the development, and today, YIMBY has the first renderings of what it will soon look like.

Permits Filed for 1230 Prospect Avenue, Foxhurst, The Bronx

Permits have been filed for an eight-story mixed-use building at 1230 Prospect Avenue, in Foxhurst, The Bronx. The site is seven blocks away from the Freeman Street subway station, serviced by the 2 and 5 trains. Badaly Architects is responsible for the design. The development will also be just two blocks away from another project by the firm, at 872 Home Street.

Permits have been approved, and a rendering revealed for the five-story residential building coming to 755 Park Avenue in Bedford-Stuyvesant, Brooklyn. The site is five blocks away from the Flushing Avenue subway station, serviced by the J, M, and Z trains, with an identically named station six blocks away granting access to the G train. Ben Monico LLC is responsible for the development.

The site is sixteen blocks away from the 111^th Street subway station, serviced by the 7 train. The commute to the station runs right along Flushing Meadows Corona Park.
