The Harper Completes Construction At 310 East 86th Street On Manhattan’s Upper East Side

Construction is complete on The Harper, a 21-story residential building at 310 East 86th Street in the Yorkville section of the Upper East Side. Designed by ODA Architecture and developed by Izaki Group Investments (IGI-USA), the 145,000-square-foot structure yields 63 condominium units in two- to four-bedroom layouts with prices starting at $2.1 million, as well as ground-floor retail space. Hunter Roberts Construction Group served as the general contractor and CORE is handling sales and marketing for the property, which is located between First and Second Avenues.

New Rendering Revealed For 29-15 40th Road in Long Island City, Queens

A new rendering has been revealed for 29-15 40th Road, an upcoming 12-story residential building in Long Island City, Queens. Few details have been made public about the project, which is being designed by Fogarty Finger Architects and developed by SB Development, which also acquired the adjacent lot at 29-13 40th Road for $8.7 million last fall. LIC 40th Avenue Owner LLC is listed as the owner and SBGC LLC is the general contractor for the property, which is located on an interior lot bound by 40th Avenue to the north and 40th Road to the south.

Exterior Work Wraps Up on 250 East 83rd Street on Manhattan’s Upper East Side

Construction is finishing up on 250 East 83rd Street, a 31-story residential tower in the Yorkville section of Manhattan’s Upper East Side. Designed by SLCE Architects and developed by The Torkian Group, the 370-foot-tall structure will span 215,608 square feet and yield 128 rental units with interiors by Lemay_id, as well as ground-floor retail space. Cauldwell Wingate Company is the general contractor for the property, which is located at the corner of Second Avenue and East 83rd Street.

Mason Tops Out at 40-46 24th Street in Long Island City, Queens

Construction has topped out on Mason, a six-story mixed-use building at 40-46 24th Street in Long Island City, Queens. Designed by MY Architect P.C. and developed by ZD Jasper Realty under the 23-17 41 Ave Development LLC, the 72-foot-tall structure will span 37,588 square feet and yield 42 condominium units in studio to two-bedroom layouts, as well as 7,551 square feet of commercial space, a cellar level, and 21 enclosed parking spaces. Celtic Services NYC Inc. is the general contractor for the property, which is alternately addressed as 23-17 41st Avenue and located at the corner of 41st Avenue and 24th Street.

439 West 36th Street Readies for Excavation in Hudson Yards, Manhattan

Excavation is set to begin at 439 West 36th Street, the site of a 12-story residential building in Hudson Yards, Manhattan. Designed by Archimaera Architecture and developed and built by ZD Jasper Realty under the ZDJ 36LLC, the 120-foot-tall structure will span 48,138 square feet and yield 52 units, recreation space on the roof and in the cellar level, a below-grade community facility, and ground-floor commercial space. The project is being financed by Johnny Su of Real Estate Capital of America (RECAP) and is located on a 75-foot-wide interior lot between Dyer Avenue to the east and Tenth Avenue to the west.

100 Boerum Place Awaits Groundbreaking in Boerum Hill, Brooklyn

Demolition is complete at 100 Boerum Place, the site of a 60,000-square-foot residential building in Boerum Hill, Brooklyn. The project is being designed by Brent Buck Architects and developed by Avdoo & Partners Development, which purchased the property from Hidrock Properties under the 110 BP Property LLC, and will rise from an assemblage of two parcels with a combined buildable space of 34,880 square feet and 3,200 square feet of air rights. ALBA Services was the demolition contractor for the project, which is bound by Pacific Street to the northeast, Boerum Place to the southeast, and Dean Street to the southwest.

Excavation Underway at 525 Sixth Avenue in Greenwich Village, Manhattan

Excavation is moving along at 525 Sixth Avenue, the site of a 13-story residential building in Greenwich Village, Manhattan. Designed by BKSK Architects and developed by Izaki Group under the 525 6th Ave LLC, the 145-foot-tall structure is planned to span 123,000 square feet and yield 71 condominium units and ground-floor commercial space. Hunter Roberts Construction Group is the general contractor for the property, which is alternately addressed as 100-106 West 14th Street and is located at the corner of West 14th Street and Sixth Avenue, just below the border with Chelsea.

New Renderings Revealed For 89 Dekalb Avenue in Fort Greene, Brooklyn

New renderings have been revealed for 89 Dekalb Avenue, a 30-story mixed-use building under construction in Fort Greene, Brooklyn. Designed by Perkins Eastman and developed by RXR, the 348-foot-tall structure will span 289,000 square feet and yield 324 rental apartments with 98 rent-stabilized units, as well as 55,000 square feet of academic space for Long Island University, a cellar level, a 30-foot-long rear yard, two loading berths, nearly 15,000 square feet of amenities, and an enclosed parking garage for up to 198 vehicles with electric charging stations. Whitehall Interiors is the interior designer, RXR LIU PII Developer TRS LLC is listed as the owner and LRC Construction is the general contractor for the property, which is located on an interior lot by the corner of Dekalb Avenue and Ashland Place.

64 University Place’s Exterior Nears Completion in Greenwich Village, Manhattan

Exterior work is nearing the finish line on 64 University Place, an 11-story residential building in Greenwich Village, Manhattan. Designed by Kohn Pedersen Fox and developed by Argo Real Estate and Bsafal, the 125-foot-tall structure will span 63,000 square feet and yield 28 condominium units with sales and marketing led by Fredrik Eklund and John Gomes of the The Eklund ǀ Gomes Team at Douglas Elliman Real Estate, as well as a community facility and ground-floor retail space. SPACE Copenhagen is the interior designer, Deborah Nevins is the landscape designer, and CNY Group is the general contractor for the property, which is located between East 10th and East 11th Streets.

25-01 Queens Plaza North Nears Topping Out in Long Island City, Queens

Construction is closing in on the parapet of 25-01 Queens Plaza North, a 26-story residential building in Long Island City, Queens. Designed by Handel Architects and developed by Grubb Properties, which purchased the property for $63 million in 2021, the 311-foot-tall structure will yield 417 rental units with 124 reserved for affordable housing, as well as 7,600 square feet of ground-floor retail space. 25-01 QPN Consigli Construction is the general contractor, Custom Metalcrafters is supplying the glass façade, DeSimone Consulting Engineering provided structural engineering and facade consulting services, and King Contracting Group will be responsible for installing nearly 125,000 square feet of bricks and CMU blocks for the project, which is located between Crescent and 27th Streets, directly adjacent to the elevated Queensboro Plaza station servicing the 7, N, and W trains.
