A forthcoming development from Cape Advisors and Wainbridge Capital will soon introduce more than 500 rental apartments to Astoria’s blossoming waterfront area. Located at 30-77 Vernon Boulevard, the construction site spans 522,000 square feet or approximately two-and-a-half acres of land.
JMH Development and Mettle Property Group recently celebrated the commencement of construction at 36-20 Steinway Street in Astoria, Queens.
