The site is sixteen blocks away from the 111th Street subway station, serviced by the 7 train. The commute to the station runs right along Flushing Meadows Corona Park. Liang Shu Lu is responsible for the development.

The site is ten blocks away from the Main Street Subway Station, the final stop for the 7 train in the borough. Leavitts Park is half a block away from the location, bringing to the neighborhood a football field, baseball diamond, and four tennis courts. Mei Yong Xiao will be responsible for the development.

The project will rise seven blocks away from the Atlantic Avenue Subway Station, serviced by the L train, as well as the East New York Train Station, serviced by eight lines of the Long Island Railroad. A few blocks further is the Broadway Junction Subway Station, serviced by the A and C trains, and the Alabama Avenue Subway Station, serviced by the J and Z trains. Dianping Chen will be responsible for the development.
Building applications have been filed for a seven-story development at 1622 East 15th Street, just below the southern edge of Brooklyn’s Midwood neighborhood, next to Sheepshead Bay. The project will span 15,920 square feet in all, with 16 units in total, translating into an average size of about 1,000 square feet. That means either rentals or condos are possible. There will be two units on the ground floor, three per level from the second through fourth floors, and then two apartments on each floor above that. Robert Lin of A&T Engineering is listed as the architect, and Chiu Wong is the site’s developer.
A Queens-based property owner has filed applications for a four-story, five-unit mixed-use building at 41-16 Haight Street, in downtown Flushing. The project, measuring 7,180 square feet, will feature 1,780 square feet across the ground and cellar levels for a children’s daycare center, followed by five residential units on the second through fourth floors. The apartments should average 724 square feet apiece, indicative of rental units. Robert H. Lin’s Flushing-based A&T Engineering is the applicant of record. The 20-foot-wide, 2,000-square-foot lot is occupied by a two-story house. Demolition permits were filed in November.
