Exterior work has reached completion on 99 Morningside Avenue, a 12-story residential building in Harlem on the eastern border of Morningside Heights. Designed by Ariel Aufgang of Aufgang Architects and developed by Azimuth Development Group, the project contains 23 units with sales handled by Brown Harris Stevens Development Marketing and Krantz + Krantz. The homes range from one- to four-bedroom layouts spanning between 560 and 2,300 square feet, with prices running from $770,000 up to $2,750,000.
Renderings have been revealed of 375 West 207th Street, also known as 3875 Ninth Avenue, a new mixed-use building in Manhattan’s Inwood neighborhood. Developed by Maddd Equities and designed by Aufgang Architects, the tower will rise 30 stories and eventually house 614 units.
Permits have been filed for a 14-story residential building at 1965 Lafayette Avenue in Unionport, The Bronx. Located between White Plains Road and Pugsley Avenue, the through lot is also addressed as 1940 Turnbull Avenue. The Parkchester station, serviced by the 6 train, is the nearest subway station.
