The site is six blocks away from the Jamaica Center-Parsons/Archer subway station, end of the line for E, J, and Z trains. Manuel Mayancela of J & D Carrying and Construction Corp is listed as responsible for the development.

The new structure will have 5,940 square feet of residential space, and BCD Consultant is the architect of record. The HPD demolished the site’s old two-story, two-unit building in 2010.
