Located at 1215 Fulton Street, the T-shaped site offers frontage on both Halsey and Fulton Streets, with a sizable interior portion extending East between residential structures on both North and Southern boundaries.
In a new set of renderings, Kingsland Properties has revealed its latest development in Bedford-Stuyvesant, Brooklyn. Positioned between Howard and Saratoga Avenues at 340-342 Chauncey Street, the project includes two ground-up condominium buildings that together will contain 13 units and an unspecified assortment of amenities.
A new six-story residential building at 485 Tompkins Avenue in Stuyvesant Heights, Brooklyn is about to undergo reviews by the Landmarks Preservation Commission. The proposal calls for the demolition of the two-story vacant building currently on site, and would create a new ground-up structure. The new building is being proposed and designed by NV Design Architecture.
New permits have been filed for a four-story residential building at 239 Marcus Garvey Boulevard in Bedford-Stuyvesant, Brooklyn. While it is near a few bus lines, the site is fourteen blocks away from the nearest subway station, Myrtle Avenue, serviced by the J, M, and Z trains. C trains are a sixteen-block commute. UK-based Bluestone Group is listed as responsible for the development.
Permits have been filed for two eight-story mixed-use buildings at 376 and 378 Flushing Avenue in Bedford Stuyvesant, Brooklyn. The site is right on the border with Williamsburg. The Flushing Avenue subway station, serviced by the G train, is nine blocks away. Manhattan-based Riverside Developers USA is behind the applications.
