It was nearly two and a half years ago that YIMBY last reported on permits and a rendering for 731 and 733 Bergen Street, in Prospect Heights, Brooklyn. Today, we have the first rendering of the project’s redesign, by Bizdesigns LLC. The new structure looks lighter, with tan panels on the two protruding sections and base, rather than dark brick, as well as paneled screens on the lower floors. The windows were also subject to changes, and the nine balconies will be colored black, instead of red.
A rendering has been revealed for the six-story residential building set to rise at 1702 Newkirk Avenue, in Southern Flatbush, Brooklyn. The concrete design showcases a small amount of landscaping along the outside of the entrance, and eight balconies, with two on each floor after the third. Bizdesigns is responsible for the architecture.
Last month, YIMBY reported on filings for two new buildings at 731 and 733 Bergen Street, between Underhill and Washington Avenues in Prospect Heights. Now we’ve got the first look at what will rise on the empty lot, which sits right next to Brookland Capital’s newly finished condos at 735 Bergen.
