Work is wrapping up on ODA‘s 12-story residential building at 561 Pacific Street in Boerum Hill, Brooklyn. Developed by Adam America Real Estate, the property contains 63 residential units that range from studios to three-bedroom layouts. The structure is located on the northern corner of Fourth Avenue and Pacific Street and is alternately addressed as 24 Fourth Avenue.
Demolition is almost complete at 80 Flatbush Avenue in Boerum Hill, Brooklyn, the site of an 840-foot-tall skyscraper, the 17th tallest project underway in New York City. A large amount of debris and rubble is scattered across the narrow, triangular property and awaiting removal. The steel frame of a previous structure is still standing but will soon be knocked down to make way for the new multi-structure, mixed-use complex developed by Alloy Development.

Located at 100 Flatbush Avenue, the residential portion of the tower will be 100 percent electric, or fossil fuel independent, a first for the increasingly carbon neutral city.

Located between Third Avenue and Flatbush Avenue, the lot is two blocks north of the Atlantic Avenue-Barclay Center subway station, serviced by the B, D, N, Q, R, 2, 3, 4, and 5 trains. New York City Educational Construction Fund is listed as the owner behind the applications.

Located between Schermerhorn Street and State Street, the lot is two blocks from the Atlantic Terminal-Barclay Center subway station, serviced by the 2, 4, 5, B, D, N, Q, and R trains. Alloy Development, listed as the owner behind the applications, is developing 80 Flatbush on the adjacent plot, a complex that includes one of the tallest buildings in the borough.
