Construction has reached full completion at 90 Morton Street, a 12-story condominium building in the West Village. Designed by Asaf Gottesman of Gottesman-Szmelcman Architecture and developed by Brack Capital Real Estate, the 150-foot-tall project involved a rooftop addition on an eight-story industrial building that once housed a printing warehouse. The structure yields 122,000 square feet with interior design by Marc Turkel of Leroy Street Studio. Reuveni Real Estate is leading sales and marketing of the 35 units, which hit the market in April 2018 with prices starting at $5.3 million.

The building was once an abandoned, eight-story printing warehouse, but has now been transformed into a 122,000-square-foot, twelve-story condominium project. Asaf Gottesman of Gottesman-Szmelcman Architecture is the designer, while Marc Turkel of Leroy Street Studio is head of interior designs. Brack Capital Real Estate is the developer of the 150-foot-tall structure, while Reuveni Real Estate is leading sales and marketing. 720 West End Avenue’s Morris Adjmi-Designed Conversion And Expansion Heads to LPC, Upper West Side

As the buildings in the Upper West Side continue to age, Brack Capital is filing plans to bring 720 West End Avenue into the 21st century. The proposal for the Landmark Preservation Commission would reconstruct interiors, enlarge the original structure upward by one story, which would be invisible to pedestrians, and fill in the lot beside it with an eight-story addition. The plan would bring over 120 new residences to the area, with design by Morris Adjmi Architects.

Today, YIMBY has the first close-up of 90 Morton Street’s ongoing transformation, in the West Village. The building is five blocks away from the Houston Street Subway Station, and six blocks from the West 4th Street Subway Station, putting it near most every subway line, or more exactly, the A, B, C, D, E, F, M, and 1 trains. Brack Capital Real Estate is behind the condominium conversion and expansion of the original pre-war structure, and Reuveni Real Estate will be handling sales, according to a new teaser website.
