The 12-story structure is designed by Bricolage Design Associates and developed by Boomerang Building Fund, which purchased the lot for just over $4 million. Located at the corner of Willoughby Street and Fleet Place, just to the east of Flatbush Avenue and directly north of the Long Island University Brooklyn campus, the 2,425-square-foot project will bring 23 units to the neighborhood.
