The New York City Department of City Planning recently reviewed proposals to construct a large banquet hall and self-storage facility in the Eastchester section of The Bronx. Located at 3556 Peartree Avenue, the proposed development would comprise over 140,00 square feet plus additional area for a surface-level parking lot for 95 vehicles.
Supreme Equities recently acquired $16 million in construction financing for a new mixed-use residential building in The Bronx’s Allerton neighborhood. Located at 653-655 Mace Avenue, the seven-story building will yield 53 rental apartments, residential amenities, and community facility space on the ground floor.
A new seven-story Passive House development will soon debut in the Charlotte Gardens section of The Bronx. The building is located at 1525-1527 Bryant Avenue and will eventually comprise over 12,200 square feet of residential area.
The Doe Fund and Bolivar Development have officially kicked off construction at Tiffany Court Plaza in the Foxhurst section of The Bronx. Located at 980 Westchester Avenue, the mixed-use building will eventually top out at seven stories and will comprise approximately 155,000 square feet.
Maddd Equities is responsible for one of the largest forthcoming developments in the South Bronx, a new 274,000-square-foot building in the borough’s Cromwell-Jerome neighborhood. Located at 1164 River Avenue, the development is currently in pre-construction and will eventually comprise 250 rental units and 88,000 square feet of lower-level commercial space.
