Last week, new building applications were filed for a six-story residential building with a community facility at 2661 Kingsbridge Terrace, on a through-block lot stretching from Heath Avenue to Kingsbridge Terrace.

Property owner Mario Del Brun has filed applications for a four-story, four-unit residential building at 1027 Nelson Avenue, in Highbridge, located six blocks from the 4 train’s stop at 161st Street/Yankee Stadium.
