Designed by Handel Architects and developed by Brookfield Properties and Park Tower Group, the structure added 413 residences to the Greenpoint Landing complex. Available on NYC Housing Connect are 33 units for residents at 130 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $81,258 to $187,330.
Curtain wall installation is nearing the parapet of 660 Fifth Avenue, a 39-story commercial tower undergoing modernization in Midtown. Designed by Kohn Pedersen Fox and developed by Brookfield Properties, the project involves interior renovations and the full re-cladding of the 64-year-old structure, which will yield 1.25 million square feet of office space and is expected to achieve LEED Gold certification. Turner Construction Company is the general contractor for the property, which is located along Fifth Avenue between West 52nd and 53rd Streets and was formerly addressed as 666 Fifth Avenue.
WatermanClark and Brookfield Properties have revealed new renderings of an open-air amenity deck and hospitality suite at the Historic Lever House in Midtown East, Manhattan. Located at 390 Park Avenue, the amenity deck is the latest phase of an ongoing renovation project to repair and enhance the high-rise office tower.

Developers were joined by Harrison Mayor James A. Fife to celebrate the opening of 381 new rentals and amenity spaces at Harrison Urby in New Jersey. The residential complex, which first opened in 2017, now includes 1,060 apartments and a lush offering of social spaces designed to engage a new community in the heart of the city.
