Ari Lew of the Lawrence Charitable Trust is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The 211,406-square-foot development is designed by Dattner Architects and will yield 218 units. Available on NYC Housing Connect are 175 units for residents at 30 to 80 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $14,640 to $118,400.

The 56,746-square-foot development is developed by Bruman Realty and will yield 90 units. Available on NYC Housing Connect are 27 units for residents at 80 to 130 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $45,086 to $139,620.
