The affordable housing lottery is open for 2655 East 23rd Street, a three-story residential development in Sheepshead Bay, Brooklyn. Designed by Design Studio Associates NY, the 11-unit building will yield 9,429 square feet. Available on NYC Housing Connect are four units for residents at 130 percent of the area median income, ranging in eligible income from $61,715 to $133,120.
The affordable housing lottery is open for 2848 West 15th Street, a five-story mixed-use development in Coney Island, Brooklyn. Designed by Bricolage Designs, the 20-unit building will yield 35,667 square feet. Available on NYC Housing Connect are six units for residents at 130 percent of the area median income, ranging in eligible income from $61,715 to $159,640.
Today’s housing lottery round-up features five buildings with affordable units on Housing Connect with deadlines closing within the next seven days. Unfortunately, an update to the Housing Connect website this week has apparently left the system rather glitchy, as it now lists incorrect numbers of units remaining, and the photos and renderings have similarly become defunct, all in the midst of New York City’s worst housing crisis since the 1930s.
The affordable housing lottery is open for 898 Bushwick Avenue, a four-story residential development in Bushwick, Brooklyn. The eight-unit building is developed by Josh Navi and designed by Gerald Caliendo, and will yield 7,151 square feet. Available on NYC Housing Connect are three units for rent for residents at 130 percent of the area median income, ranging in eligible income from $66,858 to $159,640.
