In addition to manufacturing and office space, the 500,000-square-foot building will also house New York City’s first Wegmans supermarket.
New renderings have surfaced revealing a seven-story, 19-unit residential development at 3421 Glenwood Road in South Midwood, Brooklyn. Designed by S. Wieder Architect, the building will comprise 24,000 square feet. Additional components include ground-floor parking and a second-floor community facility.
Permits have been filed for a four-story residential building at 299 Stockholm Street in Bushwick, Brooklyn. Located between Irving Avenue and Wyckoff Avenue, the lot is one block south of the DeKalb Avenue subway station, serviced by the L train.
