Atlantic Realty To Finish 12-Story, 268-Unit Building At 363 Bond Street, Gowanus

Last month, YIMBY brought you a construction update on the Lightstone Group’s 12-story, 700-unit residential project at 363-365 Bond Street, in Gowanus. Since then, the 429-unit building at 365 Bond has topped out, and foundation work is now underway at 363 Bond, where a 268-unit building is planned. New Jersey-based Atlantic Realty has stepped in to finish construction at the latter site, acquiring the property for $75 million. As for 365 Bond, move-ins are expected early next year, per The Real Deal.

Anti-gentrification activists may have spent a year disrupting community board meetings over efforts rezone Prospect Lefferts Gardens and southern Crown Heights, but new construction in the area marches on. Down by the Sterling Street stop on the 2/5 trains, one developer has filed plans for a small residential building at 322 Lincoln Road, between Nostrand and Rogers Avenues in Prospect Lefferts Gardens.

Three-Story, 11-Unit Residential Building Coming To 564 19th Street, Windsor Terrace

Staten Island-based Adventure Masonry Corporation has filed applications for a three-story, 11-unit residential building at 564 19th Street, in Windsor Terrace, six blocks from 15th Street – Prospect Park stop on the G and F trains. The building will span 8,288 square feet and rise on a 60-foot-wide vacant lot. Units will average 753 square feet apiece. Henry Radusky’s Bricolage Designs is the architect of record.


28 Huntington Street

Four-Story, Three-Unit Mixed-Use Project Coming To 28 Huntington Street, Red Hook

Property owner Jimmy Mizrahi, operating under an LLC, has filed applications for a four-story, three-unit mixed-use building at 28 Huntington Street, in Red Hook, located five blocks west of the Smith – 9th Streets stop on the F and G trains. The building will measure 5,934 square feet, and 2,253 square feet of community facility space will span the ground floor and a portion of the cellar. In the second through forth floors, full-floor units will average 1,227 square feet apiece. Mohammad Baalbaki’s Staten Island-based Baalbaki & Assocoates Engineering is the applicant of record.


3311 Newkirk Avenue

Six-Story, 10-Unit Residential Building Filed At 3311 Newkirk Avenue, East Flatbush

Crown Heights-based Crow Hill Development has filed applications for a six-story, 10-unit residential building at 3311 Newkirk Avenue, in southern East Flatbush, four blocks east of the 2 and 5 trains’ stop at Newkirk Avenue. The building will measure 10,294 square feet in total, which means units will average a relatively spacious 1,030 square feet each. The Dumbo-based architecture firm Formactiv is designing, and an existing two-story house must first be demolished.
