Construction is nearing completion on Dahlia, a 20-story condominium building at 212 West 95th Street on Manhattan’s Upper West Side. Located between Amsterdam Avenue and Columbus Avenue, the property is being developed by United Management and Certes Partners and is designed by CetraRuddy with RKTB Architects as the architect of record. JRM as the construction manager of the project and Reuveni Real Estate is the exclusive sales and marketing agent for its 38 units.

The topped-out structure, which is located on the southeast corner of Amsterdam Avenue and West 95th Street, is designed by CetraRuddy with RKTB Architects as the architect of record and JRM as the construction manager. United Management worked in conjunction with Certes Partners to develop the the property. The building contains 38 residences, which range from two- to four-bedroom layouts and include two penthouses and six select homes with private outdoor spaces. Reuveni Real Estate is the exclusive sales and marketing agent for the development.

Certes Partners and United Management Corp. have acquired the six-story building at 214-218 West 95th Street, on the Upper West Side, for $26.5 million, according to Commercial Observer. In July, YIMBY reported on filings for a 10-story, 18-unit residential building (by the same developers) to replace the six-story former SRO at 206 West 95th Street. Now, the assemblage boasts 85,000 square feet of development potential, possibly in the form of an 18-story building. RKTB Architects filed for the initial permits, but Cetra Ruddy has been hired to design.
Much of the Upper West Side is frozen in time by historic districts, but every once in a while, a developer manages to snag an older property in a non-landmarked piece of the neighborhood. New building applications were filed earlier today to erect a 10-story building at 206 West 95th Street, half a block from the 96th Street station on the 1, 2 and 3 lines.
