Construction will soon kick-off at 300 West 30th Street following approvals from the Department of Buildings. Designed by Studio C Architects, a new collection of renderings offer a first look at the property.
JLL Capital Markets recently announced the successful acquisition of a $36.7 million loan to facilitate the construction of a new, mixed-use condominium building in Manhattan. Located on the border of Flatiron and Chelsea, the building’s official address is 128-130 West 23rd Street, and the project is already under construction.
When we last checked in on the site of 540 West 25th Street, the building had just topped out. The steel structure and metal decking was still mostly exposed. Now with the curtain wall installed, the new 60,000 square foot project is closer to completion. This will be the new headquarters for Pace Gallery, providing eight stories of gallery spaces, private viewing rooms, offices, and a library. The 135-foot tall building is designed by Bonetti/Kozerski Studio and developed by Weinberg Properties. Pace Gallery’s existing spaces are currently located at 508 & 510 West 25th Street next to the High Line.
Standing nine stories tall directly across from Chelsea Market, 61 Ninth Avenue sits in the heart of the Meatpacking District. Designed by Rafael Vinoly Architects, the new 170,000 square foot commercial structure rises 135 feet tall. Vornado Realty Trust and Aurora Capital are the developers of the project.
