Designed by JFA and developed by Threefold Developers under the 1118 Fulton St LLC, the 80-foot-tall structure will span 11,718 square feet and yield 11 units with an average scope of 837 square feet, as well as ground-floor and cellar-level commercial space, bicycle parking, amenities, and mezzanines on the fifth and sixth stories. HP Building Management INC is the general contractor for the property, which is located on an interior lot between Casson and Franklin Avenues.

Designed by Asher Hershkowitz Architect and developed and built by Robert Michaeli of Brooklyn B Company Group under the 87 Irving Realty LLC, the 83-foot-tall project consists of a new three-story addition atop a former school building, and will yield 30 rental units with an average scope of 492 square feet and a 35-foot-long rear yard. The property is located on an interior lot between Putnam Avenue and Fulton Street.

Brooklyn AZ Inc. 289 also served as the general contractor for the property, which is located by the corner of Classon and Greene Avenues.

Designed by RSLN Architecture and developed by Abeco Organization, the 84-foot-tall structure will span 40,364 square feet and yield 41 rental units with an average scope of 804 square feet, as well as 7,370 square feet of commercial space, a cellar level, and one enclosed parking space. Fenimore Plaza LLC is listed as the owner and Abeco Construction LLC is the general contractor for the project, which is located to the north of Putnam Triangle between Grand Avenue to the east and Cambridge Place to the west.

Frame 122 Tops Out at Waverly Avenue in Clinton Hill, Brooklyn

Construction has topped out on Frame 122, a five-story residential building at 122 Waverly Avenue in Clinton Hill, Brooklyn. Designed by Brent Buck Architects PLLC and developed by CV Partners under the 118 Waverly LLC, the nearly 20,000-square-foot project is the second cross laminated timber (CLT) building in New York City after the Frame Home at 283 Greene Street, and will yield 15 units with an average scope of 1,249 square feet, an inner courtyard, rear-facing yard, and a nine-vehicle parking garage. Brent Buck Architects is the executive architect, Murray Engineering is the structural engineer, Element5 is in charge of the connection design and fabrication process, Metropolitan Walters is in charge of the installation, and CM & Associates Construction Management, LLC is the general contractor for the property, which is located on an interior lot between Myrtle Avenue to the south and Park Avenue and the elevated Brooklyn-Queens Expressway (BQE) to the north.
