Front & York, a mixed-use residential property at 85 Jay Street in DUMBO, Brooklyn, is now home to a 12-foot sculpture designed by Morris Adjmi Architects. Weighing approximately 2,000 pounds, the sculpture sits on the corner of Front and Jay Streets and is aptly titled “Ampersand.”

Kushner has officially broken ground on One Journal Square, a two-skyscraper mixed-use complex in downtown Jersey City. The development will create more than 2 million square feet with a mix of rental apartments and amenities, retail space, an enclosed parking garage, and publicly accessible green space facing John F.
