L&L Holding Company has unveiled a pair of prominent artworks at Norman Foster‘s 425 Park Avenue office skyscraper in Midtown East. The artworks now occupy the building’s jewel box triple-height lobby and show on a digital display on the three ornamental fins that crown the structure.
Dynamic Star has revealed the first renderings and detailed plans for One Fordham Landing, a mixed-use, high-rise development at 320 West Fordham Road in The Bronx. Designed by Perkins Eastman, the property is taking shape in the University Heights neighborhood, just south of West Fordham Road along the Harlem River waterfront.
The first phase of a renovation and expansion project at the historic 92nd Street Y on the Upper East Side of Manhattan is now complete. Located at 1395 Lexington Avenue, the project was led by architects Beyer Blinder Belle and has reinvigorated four floors of cultural space within the building.
Douglaston Development is now welcoming the first wave of tenants at 2856 Webster Avenue, a 188-unit affordable housing property in The Bronx. Located in the Bedford Park neighborhood, all of the units are reserved for seniors earning up to 50 percent Area Median Income.
Grubb Properties has closed on an $86 million loan to construct a residential skyscraper at 111 Washington Street in Manhattan’s Financial District. The development was originally addressed as 8 Carlisle Street and was expected to top out at 50 stories. Updated plans specify a 64-story tower with more than 326,000 square feet of interior space.
