Asbury Park will soon be home to a new rental apartment building at 115 Fourth Avenue, just one block away from the city’s iconic boardwalk. Inspired by Somerset Development is the entity behind the project and Minno & Wasko Architects and Planners will oversee design.
Namdar Group has closed on a $160 million bridge loan for 9 Homestead Place, a 27-story residential tower at 618 Pavonia Avenue in Jersey City. Designed by C3D Architecture, the structure will yield 432 rental apartments, 10,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space, a 21,000-square-foot office component, and a collection of amenity spaces.
Construction is now complete at 122 Fifth Avenue, where Bromley Companies has invested more than $100 million to renovate the 11-story office building. Led by STUDIOS Architecture, the building now offers 300,000 square feet of modern office space, a rooftop terrace and pavilion, and a collection of amenity spaces.
Biddle Real Estate Ventures and PCD Development have revealed new images of The Daymark, a condominium property at 4 Lighthouse Landing in Sleepy Hollow, New York. Designed by COOKFOX Architects, the Daymark’s 100 residences will include a mix of traditional and townhome-style units, an assortment of amenity spaces, and 9,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space.
The Department of Buildings and Landmarks Preservation Commission have approved plans to convert a warehouse at 107 South Street into a mixed-use residential property. Located in Lower Manhattan’s historic Seaport District, the building was previously occupied by a fish trading house, supplying seafood daily to the Fulton Market before it was relocated in 2005.
