The New York City Housing Authority (NYCHA) has formally announced its development partners who will help complete a major rehabilitation project at Edenwald Houses, one of the oldest and largest public housing developments in the agency’s portfolio. The portfolio comprises 40 residential buildings spread across 48 acres in the Edenwald section of The Bronx.
L+M Development Partners, Bluestone Organization and Triangle Equities have closed on $30.3 million in financing to complete the first phase of Arverne East, a forthcoming master-planned community in the Rockaways.

Tantum Real Estate recently joined community leaders and elected officials to celebrate the grand opening of a new affordable housing property for veterans and the formerly homeless in Jersey City. The building is located at 526 Ocean Avenue in the city’s Greenville neighborhood and houses a collection 20 apartments and a 1,500-square-foot community space on the ground floor.
