Construction is wrapping up at 65 Graham Avenue, a six-story mixed-use building near the southeastern boundary of Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Designed by Bricolage Design Associates and developed by Graham Raflico Associates, the property will yield a mix of market-rate rentals, ground-floor retail space, and a community facility.
Proposals from Camber Property Group reveal a massive expansion of Stevenson Commons, a mixed-income residential complex in the Soundview section of The Bronx.
