The Keller’s Exterior Progresses at 150 Barrow Street in Manhattan’s West Village

Construction is progressing on The Keller, a residential project at 150 Barrow Street in Manhattan‘s West Village. Designed by BKSK Architects and developed by Aurora Capital, the project involves the construction of a new seven-story structure at 144 Barrow Street and the renovation of the former Keller Hotel, and will yield 24 condominium units in one- to four-bedroom layouts. Titanium Construction Services is the general contractor and Compass Development Marketing Group is handling sales and marketing for the property, which is located at the corner of Barrow and West Streets, directly across from Hudson River Park.

111 Wall Street’s New Curtain Wall Reaches Upper Levels in Financial District, Manhattan

Renovation work is moving along on 111 Wall Street, a 25-story commercial building in Manhattan’s Financial District. Designed by STUDIOS Architecture and developed by Wafra Capital Partners and The Nightingale Group, the $100 million project involves the replacement of the structure’s midcentury façade with a modern glass curtain wall and the full gut renovation of its 1.5 million square feet of office space, as well as the construction of an expanded lobby and amenity spaces designed by URBN Playground on the lower floors. Hunter Roberts Construction Group is the general contractor and JLL is handling leasing for the property, which is bound by Wall Street and Mannahatta Park to the northeast, Front Street to the northwest, South Street and the FDR Drive to the southeast, and Gouverneur Lane to the southwest.

Exterior work is getting closer to completion on Claremont Hall, a 41-story residential tower at 100 Claremont Avenue in Morningside Heights, Manhattan. Designed by Robert A.M. Stern Architects and SLCE Architects and developed by Lendlease, Daiwa House Texas, and LMXD, an affiliate of L+M Development Partners, the 354,000-square-foot building will yield 165 condominium units in one- to four-bedroom layouts as well as new classrooms, office space, and faculty housing for Union Theological Seminary. Lendlease is the general contractor for the property, which is located by the corner of Claremont Avenue and West 122nd Street.
