SERHANT Rebrands 251 West 91st Street As ‘The Westly” On Manhattan’s Upper West Side

Exterior work is progressing on “The Westly,” a 20-story condominium building at 251 West 91st Street on Manhattan’s Upper West Side. Designed by ODA Architects and developed by Adam America Real Estate and Northlink Capital, the reinforced concrete superstructure will yield 57 residences and features a dramatic set of stepped cantilevering setbacks on its northern elevation. Ryan Serhant of SERHANT is now handling the marketing and sales and Urban Atelier Group is the general contractor for the property, which is located at the corner of 91st Street and Broadway.

Designed by Gene Kaufman Architects and developed by McSam Hotel Group, the project will yield 70,000 square feet and 200 guest rooms. Zhong Wang Construction Services Inc. is listed as the general contractor for the property, which is located between Seventh and Eighth Avenues.

Designed by REX with Davis Brody Bond Architects as the executive architect and developed by non-profit company The Perelman, the steel-framed edifice is located between Skidmore Owings & Merrill‘s One World Trade Center to the west, Vesey Street to the north, Fulton Street to the south, and Greenwich Street to the east. Sciame Construction, LLC is in charge of construction for the project.
