Façade Installation Progressing at 232 East 54th Street in Midtown East

Façade work is making progress on 232 East 54th Street, a 420-foot-tall residential tower in Midtown East. The 40-story structure is designed by Ismael Leyva Architects, and Elk Investors is last reported to be its exclusive developer, though ownership may have fully transferred to Mossanen Group and an LLC known as East 54th St. Properties. The topped-out tower rises between Second and Third Avenues, not far from landmarks like the Lipstick Building and 601 Lexington Avenue, formerly known as the Citigroup Center.

Exterior Work on UAE Consulate Nears Completion at 315 East 46th Street in Turtle Bay

Façade work is getting close to completion on the United Arab Emirates consulate at 315 East 46th Street in the Midtown East neighborhood of Turtle Bay. The 145-foot-tall, nine-story reinforced concrete structure is designed by Skidmore Owings & Merrill, developed by Fisher Brothers, and is being built by Plaza Construction. The topped-out edifice is located just up the street from the future consulate of the Republic of Turkey.

212 West 93rd Street Tops Out on the Upper West Side

Construction has topped out on 212 West 93rd Street, a 14-story condominium building on Manhattan’s Upper West Side. The project is designed by Eran Chen, head of ODA, and developed by Landsea Homes and Leyton Properties, which acquired the 9,000-square-foot plot from the Shaare Zedek Congregation for $34.3 million. The property will contain 20 units designed by GRADE New York and marketed by The Lindsey Stokes Team, a division within real estate brokerage Compass.
