Construction is climbing at 555 West 38th Street, a 570-foot-tall residential skyscraper in Hudson Yards. Designed by Pelli Clarke Pelli Architects and developed by Rockrose with SLCE as the architect of record, the 52-story structure is rising directly across Eleventh Avenue from the ongoing expansion of the Jacob K. Javits Center. The property will contain 598 rental units.

New Renderings Revealed For Ismael Leyva Architects’ 606 West 30th Street, in Hudson Yards

YIMBY has the exclusive reveal for new renderings of Ismael Leyva Architects’ 606 West 30th Street, a 545-foot-tall mixed-use skyscraper on the border of West Chelsea and Hudson Yards. Also referred to as Tower B in a two-building development along with 601 West 29th Street, the project is being developed by Lalezarian Properties and will yield 312,350 square feet. Of that, 192,780 square feet will be designated to residential space and 14,240 square feet for commercial use. The program will feature both condominiums and rentals, but the exact breakdown not been announced yet.

Near-Supertall 3 Hudson Boulevard Reaches Street Level in Hudson Yards

Construction has reached street level on Three Hudson Boulevard, a planned $3 billion office skyscraper designed by FXCollaborative and developed by Boston Properties and The Moinian Group. The Hudson Yards development will rise around 940 feet and yield 1.86 million square feet, featuring column-free floor plates, private outdoor terraces for select suites, and wide views of the Manhattan skyline and Hudson River.
