The affordable housing lottery has launched for 75 McGuinness Boulevard, an eight-story residential building in Greenpoint, Brooklyn. Designed by Avalon Designs and developed by David Grunfeld under the GW BLVD LLC, the structure yields 32 residences. Available on NYC Housing Connect are seven units for residents at 130 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $107,178 to $198,250.

Four-Story, Eight-Unit Residential Project Planned At 34 Belvedere Street, Bushwick

Brooklyn-based property owner David Grunfeld has filed applications for a four-story, eight-unit residential building at 34 Belvedere Street, in western Bushwick, located three blocks from the Myrtle Avenue stop on the J/M/Z trains. The new structure will encompass 7,437 square feet and its residential units should average 661 square feet apiece, indicative of rental apartments. One of the fourth-floor apartments will include space on the upper penthouse level. Rego Park-based Diego Aguilera is the architect of record. The 28-foot-wide, 2,444-square-foot lot is currently vacant.
