Developed by Dermot Company and designed by SLCE Architects, the structure yields 616 residences. On NYC Housing Connect is a waiting list to fill four studios and one one-bedroom available now as well as for future vacancies for residents at 40 and 50 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $22,626 to $87,550.

The affordable housing lottery has launched for 101 West End Avenue, a 35-story residential building on the Upper West Side of Manhattan. Designed by SLCE Architects and developed by The Dermot Company, the structure was built in 1999 and yields 498 residences. Available on NYC Housing Connect are 26 units for residents at 130 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $73,200 to $167,570.
