The exterior of 30 East 31st Street in NoMad is getting closer to completion. Located between Park Avenue South and Madison Avenue, the 39-story, 479-foot-tall residential property is designed by Morris Adjmi Architects and is being developed by Ekstein Development and Pinnacle Real EstateReuveni Real Estate is marketing the 42 units, which will be spread across more than 70,000 square feet and average 1,700 square feet apiece. Prices range from $1.65 million to upward of $12 million.

161 Maiden Lane’s Glass Curtain Wall Resumes Its Rise, In The Financial District

Façade work is progressing on Seaport Residences, a 670-foot-tall residential skyscraper at 161 Maiden Lane in the Financial District. Formally addressed as One Seaport, the topped-out 60-story building is designed by Hill West Architects and developed by Fortis Property Group LLC and will yield 80 units. Groves & Co is serving as the interior designer for the 200,000-square-foot structure, and sales will be handled by Douglas Elliman Development Marketing. Ray Builders is the current contractor for the project.

Exterior work is getting close to completion at 125 Greenwich Street, the tallest residential skyscraper currently under construction in the Financial District. The 912-foot-tall, 88-story structure is designed by Rafael Vinoly and developed by Bizzi & Partners and Vector Group. Douglas Elliman is leading the sales and marketing for the building’s 273 residential units, which feature interiors designed by March & White. Plaza Construction is the general contractor for the project, which is located between Greenwich Street and Thames Street.

Exterior work is wrapping up on 100 Franklin Street in Tribeca, a residential building designed, developed, and built by DDG. The intricate 200-foot-long stretch of hand-laid Petersen Tegl bricks that enclose the main six- and eight-story eastern profile is complete, revealing a number of subtle and distinctive details. The development is located in the Tribeca East Historic District on a narrow triangular property and yields a total of ten full-floor residences. Douglas Elliman is in charge of sales for the units, which range from 1,427 to 3,673 square feet.
