Construction is complete on 2505 Broadway, a 19-story residential building on Manhattan’s Upper West Side. Designed by ODA and developed by Adam America Real Estate, the 75,000-square-foot structure yields 41 condominiums in one- to four-bedroom layouts, many of which come with private outdoor terraces. Ariel Tirosh and Douglas Elliman Development Marketing are the exclusive sales and marketing agents for the property, which is located near the corner of Broadway and West 93rd Street.

Designed by Isaac & Stern Architects and developed by Urban Development Partners and SD Second Avenue Property, the structure will yield 54 units in one- to four-bedroom layouts with interiors designed by Paris Forino. Douglas Elliman Development Marketing‘s Eklund Gomes Team is leading sales and marketing for the units, with pricing ranging from $1.2 to more than $6 million. Ross Associates is the general contractor for the property, which is located at the corner of East 21st Street and Second Avenue.

Designed by Handel Architects and developed by Fosun Group and JD Carlisle, the 805-foot-tall structure yields 199 condominiums with sales led by Douglas Elliman Development Marketing. The property is alternately addressed as 15 East 30th Street and rises from a plot bound by East 31st Street to the north, East 30th Street to the south, and Madison Avenue to the east.

Magnolia DUMBO Celebrates Grand Opening at 160 Front Street In DUMBO, Brooklyn

Developers recently celebrated the grand opening of Magnolia DUMBO, a 21-story residential building at 160 Front Street in DUMBO, Brooklyn. Designed by Morris Adjmi Architects and developed by RXR Realty, the structure yields 320 rental apartments with marketing led by Douglas Elliman Development Marketing Group. New Line Structures served as the general contractor for the property, which is situated on a full block bound by Front Street to the north, York Street to the south, Bridge Street to the east, and Jay Street to the west.

Olympia’s Façade Nears Completion at 30 Front Street in DUMBO, Brooklyn

Designed by Hill West Architects and developed by Fortis Property Group, the 401-foot-tall sail-shaped structure will yield 76 condominium units in one- to five-plus-bedroom layouts with interiors by Workstead. Designed by SHoP Architects and developed by JDS Development, the 1,066-foot-tall structure stands as the tallest building in the outer boroughs that will boast 150 condominium units, 280 market-rate rental units, 120 affordable rental units, and 100,000-square-foot retail podium that incorporates the landmarked Dime Savings Bank of Brooklyn. Homes for purchase are going to start over 500 feet above street level. Douglas Elliman is serving as the exclusive marketing, sales, and leasing agent for the property, which is bound by Flatbush Avenue Extension to the northeast, Fleet Street to the northwest, DeKalb Avenue to the south, and the adjoining Dime Savings Bank of Brooklyn to the west.

Designed by Morris Adjmi Architects and developed by Landsea Homes and DNA Development, the 80,000-square-foot structure will yield 50 units in one- to three-bedroom layouts marketed by Fredrik Eklund and John Gomes of The Eklund Gomes Team and The Tuinstra Davis Team at Douglas Elliman, with pricing starting at $1.575 million. Ryder Construction is the general contractor for the property, which is located at the corner of West 14th Street and Sixth Avenue.

Waldorf Astoria Renovation and Partial Residential Conversion Progresses in Midtown East, Manhattan

Developed by Andrew Miller of Dajia US, the project is dubbed “The Towers of the Waldorf Astoria” and will yield 375 residences designed by Skidmore Owings & Merrill and Jean-Louis Deniot that range from studios to sprawling penthouses, as well as an extensive amenity offering. Douglas Elliman Development Marketing is handling sales and marketing of the units, Suffolk Construction Corporation is the general contractor, Pierre-Yves Rochon is in charge of the revamped hotel interiors, and Simon de Pury is the residential art curator for the 625-foot-tall Art Deco landmark, which occupies a full city block bound by Park Avenue to the west, East 49th Street to the south, East 50th Street to the north, and Lexington Avenue to the east.
