Housing Lottery Launches for 250 Lenox Road in East Flatbush, Brooklyn

The affordable housing lottery has launched for 250 Lenox Road, a seven-story residential building in East Flatbush, Brooklyn. The 21,780-square-foot development was designed by Diego Aguilera Architects and yields 24 units. Available on NYC Housing Connect are seven units for residents at 130 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $67,886 to $133,120.

DOB Greenlights Bethany Terraces, Affordable Senior Housing in East Flatbush, Brooklyn

The Department of Buildings recently approved plans for Bethany Terraces, a four-story affordable senior housing development at 604 East 40th Street in East Flatbush, Brooklyn. Developed by RiseBoro Community Partnership, which will operate the facility, and designed by Paul A. Castrucci Architects, the 39,200-square-foot project will be built to Passive House Standards.
